Gaa

A yellow, shophouse-style restaurant situated in the heart of Ploen Chit, Gaa offers an inventive range of international delights — or what chef Garima Arora calls “modern eclectic”. Former sous chef at Gaggan and former chef de partie at Noma, Chef Garima combines modern culinary techniques and local organic ingredients to craft novel flavour combinations. Beveled mirrors, white bricks, and dark wood lend Gaa modern allure, whilst the intriguing tasting menus, including a juice-pairing option, all brim with originality.
