Why we like it: The set comes with many small sweet and savoury options.

This stylish café is the perfect place to indulge in some afternoon goodies while spending time with your loved ones. The set for two includes strawberries with dark chocolate, orange and carrot cake, fruit scones, blueberry muffins, chocolate muffins and macarons.

Afternoon tea is served either in the plush drawing room or out on the shaded veranda surrounding the building. The set includes finger sandwiches, pastries, strawberries and cream, scones and a selection of flavoured tea. Try the grandma’s garden fruit tea for something fragrant and pleasing to the senses.

Why we like it: The attentive service and attention to detail is spot on.

When one thinks Harrods, the words opulent and luxurious come to mind. The Tea Salon is dedicated to an impressive selection of gourmet items. The set is presented on a triple tiered tray filled with scones, assorted pastries, and a selection of sandwiches with your choice of coffee or tea. Reservations are recommended as there are limited tables available. This is a worthy spot for afternoon tea in KL.
