The KL Convention Centre is offering up a huge spread of local and international dishes this Ramadhan.

Ramadhan is here and we're sure you're looking out for the best places to Buka Puasa around town. We round up a few exciting choices in our KL Bite Sized Deals this week for you to try out. Indulge in a feast at the KL Convention Centre, have some venison at Summer Palace, or tuck in to some Malay fare at The Verandah. These deals will have you salivating for more.

Buka Puasa at KL Convention Centre

As they do every year, the KL Convention Centre is once again opening its doors this month for a major Buka Puasa feast you won't want to miss. They'll be offering a range of over 500 selections of local and international dishes. You'll find some of the signature items such as the Penang nasi kandar, ikan merah panggang, ikan bakar sambal asam and smoked hickory roasted lamb. There’s a designated prayer room with on-site ablution facility, sandals and prayer mats for diners to perform their religious responsibilities and there are tarawih prayers led by an appointed imam. This buffet is priced at RM 103++ per person.

Venison at Summer Palace

If venison is your thing then you will not want to miss this special promotion at Summer Palace.

If you're a fan of venison you will have to drop by Summer Palace for their special promotion. Here you can try venison cooked in Szechuan sauce with crispy Chinese buns or opt for the sizzling venison with ginger and onions. You can order it sautéed Taiwanese style or even enjoy it in a clay pot with fungus and red dates. The choices are endless and the dishes start at RM 28++.

Ramadhan Buffet at The Verandah

At The Verandah you'll be able to find authentic Malay dishes fit for a Buka Puasa feast.

This is the month to indulge in some authentic Malay kampung fare. Head over to The Verandah where there will be a selection of local dishes such as the udang goring cili api, ayam percik, and ikan asam pedas. There's a special Tunku's Kitchen corder where chefs will prepare some of Tunku Abdul Rahman's favourite dishes such as pineapple sambal crabs and squid sambal. What a treat to enjoy some of our first Prime Ministers favorites.
